At 6 o'clock and we woke up and ate breakfast.We went to the orphanage and on the way we saw so many people in poverty and it made my cry a little.Our orphanage is on the outskirts of Phnom Phen and it is in a slum areas. The slum are every where and it is very sad to see them. people live day by day on the edge of starvation not knowing if they will make it another day. They beg for money which most people ignore and then they go back to there house with no walls of card board walls it is very sad.

Today we took a tour of the nearby slum. We went into it and saw where the old orphanage was.I was so grateful that they got out of there with the help of some Japanese sponsors. After we visited the old orphanage spot we went to the local school in the slum. It was an average school for Cambodia. In the beginning they needed to get people there so they gave them rice for perfect attendance. We have it so good in America and some people don't even know how fortunate we are.
